ABOUT US

Hi! My name is Melissa Moulton, LCSW, MSW. Some of the roles I find myself embodying are mental health therapist for moms, dads and birthworkers, full spectrum doula, trauma informed prenatal and postpartum yoga teacher, pregnancy and infant loss circle facilitator, partner, mom, friend and daughter.

My goal is to provide all people a space to experience self compassion and to know that what you are going through is not something you have to experience alone or feel permanently stuck in. We can get to a hopeful place together!

Every person needs different things at different times in their therapy experience which is why I regularly utilize a range of modalities including EMDR, somatic therapy, DBT, CBT, ERP for OCD treatment and family systems.

My simple joys are practicing yoga, facilitating circles, hiking, iced chai lattes, creating the perfect playlist for a particular vibe, functional patterns training and eating chocolate chip muffins.

ABOUT US

Hi! My name is Maria O’Donnell, LCSW, MSW. I support individuals with anxiety disorders, PTSD, trauma, women’s issues, sexual abuse, developmental and workplace trauma, relationship difficulties, and challenges related to life management and emotional regulation. Utilizing CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness as appropriate for each client, we explore emotions and foster healing, self-awareness, and reflective processing. I help clients restore their sense of self, reconnect with their values, and build emotional flexibility, resilience, and psychological integration.

Using a trauma-informed, strength-based, and evidence-based approach, I provide a safe and supportive environment to explore the roots of distress, foster healing, and promote personal growth. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating the impacts of developmental trauma, sexual trauma, workplace trauma, and relational betrayal.

Together, we work collaboratively to develop practical tools, coping strategies, and therapeutic insights to navigate life’s challenges and cultivate a more fulfilling, balanced, and values-aligned life.

ABOUT US

Hi, I’m Patricia, LMHC. I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are. I work with adolescents, adults, and mothers navigating challenging times, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and identity concerns. I also provide affirming care for neurodivergent individuals and members of the LGBTQ+ community.

My background includes working with high-risk youth, child welfare, crisis intervention, and adults who have experienced significant trauma. I also enjoy supporting mothers as they navigate the unique challenges of parenthood, balancing the needs of others while learning to care for themselves with the same compassion they offer those around them.

These experiences have taught me the importance of creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood.

My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I integrate CBT, DBT, attachment-based interventions, and parts work, helping clients understand the different parts of themselves with curiosity rather than judgment. I believe healing happens when we learn to understand our experiences, build on our strengths, and develop tools that support us in everyday life.

Whether you’re navigating the challenges of motherhood, processing past experiences, struggling in relationships, or simply feeling stuck, I look forward to helping you move toward greater balance, healing, and self-understanding.

ABOUT US

Hi, I’m Jessie, LCSW! I believe that healing begins in a space where you feel genuinely heard and valued. My clinical philosophy is strengths-based and client-centered, working as partners in your mental health journey. To best support your unique goals, I tailor my approach using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness practices, parts work, and trauma-informed interventions.

My background in community mental health has given me extensive experience supporting individuals facing complex life challenges, including trauma, acute crisis, housing instability, and involvement with the justice system. These experiences have shaped my commitment to meet you where you are without judgment and collaborate as you move toward your goals.

While I work with clients navigating a wide spectrum of challenges, I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults who have experienced trauma, as well as mothers navigating the transition into parenthood. Whether you are adjusting to life transitions, processing past experiences, or seeking a deeper connection with yourself, I am here to offer a safe space as you heal, grow, and thrive.

Outside the office, you can find me taking walks with my family, practicing yoga, cheering on the Jaguars, or wandering through local bookstores with an iced latte and a sweet treat in hand.
