My office address is 6871 Belfort Oaks Place Suite 300, Jacksonville, FL 32216. Telehealth sessions are always available if traveling to and from the office isn’t feasible or if you are located outside of the Jacksonville area. I offer telehealth for anyone in the state of Florida.

Do you accept insurance?

At this time, I do not accept insurance. I provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. My current rates are $120 per 55 minute individual and $140 per couples or family session. Sliding scale spots are available on a first come first serve basis.
