WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We have two in person locations: 1522 Penman Road, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250 and 6251 Philips Highway Suite 7 Jacksonville FL 32207. Telehealth sessions are always available if you prefer telehealth or if you are located outside of the Jacksonville area. You can participate in telehealth sessions as long as you are physically in the state of Florida at the time of the session.

Do you accept insurance?

At this time, we have therapists who accept Aetna, Florida Blue and Cigna. We provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if we are not in network with your insurance. Our current rates are $130 per 60 minute individual and $150 per couples or family session. Sliding scale spots are available on a first come first serve basis. Book a free consult to learn more!

what are emdr intensives?

EMDR intensives are extended sessions dedicated to reprocessing trauma without having to pause and wait each week between sessions. We meet for a 3-6 hour session depending on your needs and availability. EMDR intensives allow us to focus specifically on the memories your brain may be replaying, easily triggered by or moments in time you feel stuck on that may be holding you back from living the life you want. EMDR intensives are not covered by insurance and are self pay at $150/hour. You do not have to participate in weekly therapy to participate in an EMDR intensive.
