WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

My office address is 6871 Belfort Oaks Place Suite 300, Jacksonville, FL 32216. Telehealth sessions are always available if traveling to and from the office isn’t feasible or if you are located outside of the Jacksonville area. I offer telehealth for anyone in the state of Florida.

Do you accept insurance?

At this time, I do not accept insurance. I provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. My current rates are $120 per 55 minute individual and $140 per couples or family session. Sliding scale spots are available on a first come first serve basis. WHAT AGES DO YOU SEE?

I see clients ages 13 and up. All adolescent clients must have parent/guardian permission and signature on all consent forms. Parents/guardians are expected to be an active part of the adolescent’s therapy and must meet with me for the initial intake session and once every four sessions their adolescent participates in. There is no age limit to working with me.
